Eligibility Criteria:
- Word Count Requirement:
- Submissions must be a completed book manuscript with a minimum of 35,000 words.
- There is no maximum word count, but manuscripts should be reasonably formatted for readability.
- Accepted Genres:
- Books must fall under one of the following genres:
- Historical Fiction – Stories set in the past that incorporate historical events, figures, or cultures.
- Romance – Fiction with a central love story and an emotionally satisfying ending.
- Self-Help – Nonfiction books providing guidance, motivation, or personal development strategies.
Submission Guidelines:
- Manuscript Formatting:
- Submissions must be in Word (.docx) or PDF format.
- Standard font: 12-point Times New Roman or Arial.
- Double-spaced with 1-inch margins.
- Each page must be numbered.
- Original Work:
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work.
- Self-published books are acceptable if they have not been widely distributed or previously won an award.
- Author Eligibility:
- Open to writers of all experience levels, from emerging authors to published writers.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- Submission Deadline:
- All entries must be submitted by August 31st at 11:59 PM EST.
- Entry Fee:
- There is NO entry fee for this contest. Submission is completely free.

- A panel of industry professionals, authors, and literary experts will evaluate the submissions.

Publishing Terms & Conditions:
- Publishing Agreement:
- The grand prize winner and selected finalists will be offered a publishing contract with TruLife Books, LLC.
- Authors have the right to accept or decline the contract.
- If accepted, TruLife Books, LLC will handle editing, cover design, marketing, and distribution.
- Royalty terms, rights, and contract details will be discussed with the selected authors before finalization.
- Rights & Permissions:
- Authors retain full rights to their work unless they choose to sign the publishing contract.

- Disqualification:
- Plagiarism or AI-generated content will result in immediate disqualification.
- Submissions failing to meet the word count or genre requirements will not be considered.
